Pesto with a lingonberry twist & Pickled lingonberry sauce
Here we are introducing you to two exciting condiments using our delicious lingonberry jams. They work perfectly with many different dishes, and you can easily add or switch some of the ingredients to customize the sauces to better fit your taste.

Ingredients
Pesto with a lingonberry twist
- 5.3 oz Felix lingonberry jam
- 1.1 oz sunflower seeds, roasted
- 1.1 oz pumpkin seeds, roasted
- 0.2 oz garlic or ramson, chopped
- 0.4 oz flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 5.3 oz rapeseed oil
- 0.5 oz apple cider vinegar
- Salt
Pickled lingonberry sauce
- 7.1 oz Felix lingonberry jam
- 1.8 oz pickled onion
- 0.2 oz fresh coriander, chopped
- 0.2 oz basil, shredded
- 0.2 oz flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Lingonberry twist on pesto
- Mix sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds with garlic/ramson and parsley.
- Add the rapeseed oil gently while mixing, and finally add the apple cider vinegar, lingonberry jam and salt. Our lingonberry pesto works great as both dressing and marinade.
- Add a fat yogurt and serve as topping to grilled or fried fish, chicken, meat and vegetarian meals.
Pickled lingonberry sauce
- Simply blend all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Perfect to use as both topping and marinade, or add some yogurt and serve it as a condiment next to your meat.
