The Nordic orange meets the red “superberries” of the forest in this luscious jam. The nickname Nordic orange stems from the fact that 100 grams of rose hips contain as much vitamin C as 35 – 40 oranges. The jam is excellent with cheese and roasts. Rose hip bushes grow wild nearly everywhere in Sweden and are even cultivated in backyard gardens. Lingonberries grow everywhere in the forests.
