Pure, high-quality jams – without preservatives.
In Sweden, Felix is as familiar as Volvo, IKEA and Swedish meatballs. Meatballs served with Felix wild lingonberry jam are a real classic.
Because so many Swedes are accustomed to picking their own wild berries, an unusually high standard is required for jams to succeed in Sweden. Felix jams contain a lot of handpicked berries, around 50%, and we always use wild berries. Besides the berries, you need the right jam recipe and a lot of experience. At Felix, we have been making high quality jams for many years. By the way, did you know that Felix wild lingonberries jam is not only loved in Sweden, but is the biggest seller in the U.S.A.?
Fine berries, pure sugar and fresh water are what make Felix jam worthy of its name. Our jam contains no preservatives. We use only two additives, both of which appear naturally in various fruits and berries. Pectin (E440) gives the jam the right consistency and appears naturally in apple and citrus peel. Citric acid (E330) is a sourness regulator which appears naturally in citrus fruit.
